Evrience Earth: Local VR Therapy, Coaching, and Training
Evrience Earth brings the power of virtual reality into in-person therapy and coaching. Unlike Evrience Air, which focuses on remote sessions, Evrience Earth is designed for local VR therapy. Here, clients visit their VR Counselor in person.
Using Meta Quest Link, the client wears a VR headset, while the counselor observes and interacts through a connected PC. As a result, Evrience Earth blends virtual engagement with real-time personal support.
The VR Counselor has full control over the simulation. This means they can adjust the environment and tailor scenarios based on real-time feedback. As a result, the experience adapts to the client’s specific needs.
This setup is ideal for:
- Exposure therapy, allowing clients to face fears in a safe, controlled way.
- Relaxation techniques, where immersive environments help clients feel calm and grounded.
- Skill-building exercises, designed to improve confidence and resilience.
Unlike remote VR therapy, Evrience Earth offers local VR therapy, coaching and training that maintains the benefits of in-person interaction while using VR’s unique strengths.
A VR Counselor Inside the Simulation
One of Evrience Earth’s standout features is the ability for VR Counselors to be present inside the simulation. Using a webcam feed, the counselor can appear as a live, supportive figure in the virtual space.
This feature helps bridge the gap between the real and virtual worlds. Additionally, it provides a familiar presence, which is especially valuable in trust-based therapy. For this reason, Evrience Earth works well in local VR therapy settings, where face-to-face guidance is essential.

EMDR

A fully immersive EMDR experience designed for focused therapy. The VR Counselor has full control over:
- Pendulum speed, movement type, and sound cues
- The environment, ensuring a distraction-free space
Unlike traditional EMDR, where distractions can break focus, VR creates a fully controlled space. As a result, clients can engage more deeply with the process.
Since sessions take place in-person, Evrience Earth offers a new level of security. Clients process emotions without external pressure, making local VR therapy an ideal setting for EMDR.
Fear of Elevators

Elevators can trigger anxiety due to claustrophobia, fear of malfunctions, or general unease. In this simulation:
- Clients control their exposure, using elevator buttons to move at their own pace.
- The VR Counselor can introduce mild challenges, such as a brief, controlled malfunction to build confidence.
This realistic simulation mirrors everyday environments, helping clients gradually build comfort. For this reason, it’s a great addition to local VR therapy.
Fear of Flying

Many people experience anxiety when flying. This simulation allows clients to:
- Experience a full flight scenario in a passenger plane.
- Practice calming techniques during takeoff, turbulence, and landing.
- Gain familiarity with flying to reduce stress.
The VR Counselor has full control, making exposure gradual and safe. Because local VR therapy allows in-person guidance, clients receive immediate reassurance throughout the session.
Fear of Fruits & Vegetables

A lighthearted simulation designed for clients with food-related fears. While this may seem unusual, some individuals experience severe discomfort around certain foods.
In this simulation, the VR Counselor can introduce:
- Whole and sliced fruits and vegetables
- Interactive options, such as holding, throwing, or smashing them
VR’s hands-on nature makes this approach highly effective. Since it’s a free simulation, clients can try it as an introduction to local VR therapy before moving on to other exposure exercises.
Fear of Heights

This simulation provides controlled, step-by-step exposure to heights. In this session:
- Clients stand on a window-washing platform at the base of a tall building.
- The VR Counselor controls the speed and direction as the platform rises.
The goal isn’t just reaching the top. Instead, it’s about staying calm and present throughout the process. At the highest point, a stunning city skyline and fireworks reward those who complete the challenge.
Because this is part of local VR therapy, the VR Counselor is right there to provide real-time support.
Fear of Open Spaces

A structured simulation that helps clients feel more comfortable in open environments. This session includes:
- Wide plazas and streets to practice calmness in large spaces.
- Narrow alleyways and busier areas for varied exposure.
- Adjustable elements such as time of day, fog levels, and building height.
Clients struggling with agoraphobia or discomfort in public spaces can build confidence in a structured, step-by-step way.
Fear of Spiders

A structured exposure training environment for clients struggling with arachnophobia. The VR Counselor can:
- Introduce spiders in a glass tank for safe observation.
- Allow free-moving spiders to emerge gradually.
- Offer a giant spider challenge for advanced exposure.
Clients can choose their pace and interact when ready. Since this happens in local VR therapy, counselors are there to guide them through the process.
Safe Space - Forest

A peaceful retreat designed for relaxation and grounding. Clients enter a tranquil forest clearing where the VR Counselor can:
- Adjust the time of day for different atmospheres.
- Introduce comforting animals like kittens, puppies, or deer.
This setting is perfect for mindfulness, deep breathing, or post-session relaxation. With local VR therapy, clients leave feeling refreshed and supported.
Speech Anxiety

A realistic public speaking simulator for clients who want to build confidence. The simulation includes:
- Real-time feedback on posture, voice, and gestures.
- A scoring system to track confidence and engagement.
- Audience reactions, from polite applause to fireworks for strong performances.
Clients start with smaller audiences and progress to larger settings. Because local VR therapy provides real-time support, clients can improve in a guided and structured way.
