Welcome to Evrience Fire, a product of Evrience. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed through our application, how it is used, and how we protect your privacy.
1. Information We Collect and Process
Evrience Fire processes certain user data as part of its core interactive features:
Microphone Input: Your spoken input is temporarily captured to perform real-time speech-to-text conversion via OpenAI Whisper.
Text Input: Transcribed user input is sent to OpenAI’s GPT-4 Turbo to generate context-aware client responses.
Voice Output: Responses are converted into speech using OpenAI’s text-to-speech API.
Oculus User ID and Profile Info: Your Oculus User ID and profile picture may be accessed to identify your account and associate it with purchases, subscriptions, or session access.
Subscription and In-App Purchase Metadata: Includes non-identifying data such as subscription status, plan tier, and remaining credits, used for access control and billing-related functionality.
Session Metadata: Includes session ID, environment choice, and interaction timing. This data is used to manage and personalize the session experience.
We do not collect sensitive identifiers such as your real name, email address, physical location, or financial account information. No personal data is permanently stored after session use.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide immersive and responsive VR training functionality:
To transcribe spoken language into text (speech recognition)
To generate realistic conversational responses from a virtual client (AI dialogue generation)
To vocalize those responses using synthetic voice (text-to-speech)
To associate your access with subscriptions and purchased content
To customize the simulation experience based on session metadata
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale.
3. Use of Third-Party Services
We use OpenAI services (Whisper, GPT-4 Turbo, and Text-to-Speech) to process user input and generate real-time conversational output. Your anonymized speech and text input is securely transmitted to OpenAI servers and not stored after processing. This is done exclusively to support the interactive VR experience and in accordance with Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy 6.2.
4. Data Deletion (in accordance with Meta Developer Data Use Policy Section 6.2)
All user data is deleted immediately after each session, and is never retained for longer than required to provide the app experience. Upon user request, or when data is no longer necessary for providing service, all user data and any associated records are deleted without undue delay. We require our service provider (OpenAI) to delete any session data after processing, and we do not allow OpenAI or any third parties to retain, use, or disclose user data for any other purpose.
You may at any time request correction or deletion of any data that may have been temporarily processed. To request deletion, please contact info@evrience.com. Consent for data processing is explicitly obtained before using any AI-driven features, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Data Security
All transmitted data is encrypted in transit. Data is processed securely and deleted after each session. No personally identifiable information is stored on our servers.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Request access to any temporarily processed data
Request correction or deletion of any identifiable data
Withdraw consent to data use (may affect app functionality)
To exercise these rights, contact info@evrience.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
