Welcome to Evrience Fire, a digital platform designed to support the education and training of mental health care students and professionals. Evrience Fire is developed and maintained by Evrience (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evrience Fire application (“App”) and any services provided through the App (collectively, “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are a mental health care student, trainee, educator, or professional, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Use of Services
The Services are intended for educational and training purposes only. Evrience Fire is not a substitute for professional mental health care services. You agree to use the Services solely for lawful and educational purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App and Services, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Evrience or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
7. Modifications to the Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Evrience or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Evrience, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
